Nevada's Second Parent Involvement Summit March 12, 2010 at the University of Nevada, Reno - Joe Crowley Student Union The Summit was founded by Nevada State Assemblywoman Debbie Smith and Washoe County School District Trustee Barbara Clark, and is a partnership with various organizations in the state, including the Nevada Department of Education, Clark County School District, Nevada Parent Teacher Association (PTA), Washoe County School District and the Nevada State PIRC at the Education Alliance.
